Authoritative journalist Mark Gurman reported that Apple will release new Macs with the M3 processor in October this year.
Among the first models will be iMac, 13-inch MacBook Air and MacBook Pro. The M3 is expected to have the same number of cores as the M2: 24 processor cores, up to 76 graphics cores, and a 32-core neural engine. However, they will be more performant and power efficient thanks to the 3nm process currently used by 5nm.
