In January-June, the demand for road freight transportation across the country increased by 61%, Kommersant writes with reference to the ATI.SU exchange. At the same time, the rate in the most popular areas has increased by an average of 38% per year and 10% in the last three months. This dynamic is associated with the accelerated substitution of imports and the formation of new production chains.

The transport of goods by road in Russia has risen in price by 38%

According to ATI.SU, in May-June alone, the demand for cargo transportation doubled in annual terms. The situation is different in international destinations, here the demand increased only 30%, since the growth of exports is around 3%.

As for requests for transport from EU countries, their number has decreased by 60-80%. At the same time, the number of applications from Belarus increased by 106%, from China – by 85%, from Mongolia – by 139%. Exports registered a fall in all European directions. At the same time, China, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkey became the leaders in terms of growth. Tariffs for international cargo transportation have not changed much, specifies ATI.SU.

According to Ivan Golovko, director of international trucks at Noytech Supply Chain Solutions, transport prices from Turkey have decreased by 15-20%. From China – by 30-40%.

At the same time, in the European direction, with a significant reduction in supply volumes, prices remain stable. According to Golovko’s forecasts, the third quarter will be quiet.

According to Kirill Latinsky, commercial director of SOTA Logistic, domestic transport has risen in price by 15-20%, which, in his opinion, is due to the shortage of category E drivers (26% of drivers are missing). , as well as lack of equipment.

“The shortage of personnel causes an increase in wages, and now it is not easy to find drivers for long-distance highways, even for 190-200 thousand rubles. The share of personnel costs in transport is about 25-30% “explains Latin.

He also pointed out that part of the transport was transferred to territories controlled by Russia, where the payment is higher than in the country as a whole.
