Evgeny Baklushin, head of the information security company UCSB, advises Russians to use lines from their favorite songs to create complex but memorable passwords. He explains that you can get the basic password from the first letters of each word, for example, from the line “Jump to the field”, get the password “VyVpolSkon”, and then supplement it with special characters. and numbers, for example, “Vy1Vp0l$kon”.

Such a password would be difficult to crack and would require significant time and effort for attackers. Baklushin points out that it can take about six months or more to crack a complex password. At the same time, such a password will comply with all security requirements, including a minimum length of eight to ten characters, the presence of upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters.

Baklushin recommends changing the password every six months, as it takes this long for attackers to crack the password. This will help increase security and prevent unauthorized access to personal data.
