However, as a research study results from the Austrian Monash University (MU), the dangerous senile week can be “pushed back” by fairly everyday activities of an active lifestyle. The practice involved 10,318 volunteers over 70 years of age without serious cognitive impairment and reproductive health in one organism. In the first year of the study, they were challenged with the question of how to portray the developmental stimulus they had hypothesized. Thus, it became known that many of its participants are actively involved in computers, solve crossword puzzles, play chess and cards, measure wood carving, knitting, reading, drawing, sewing music and other hobbies. The studies examined age, gender, ethnic and racial heritage, education, socioeconomic status, as well as harmful acquisitions, health status and the presence of chronic diseases.
The researchers chose study activities, computer use, writing letters and keeping a dementia risk diary by 11%, solving crossword puzzles, puzzles by 9%, creative hobbies and passive mental activity by 7%.
