The service brings employees to large retail chains in Almaty, Astana, Shymkent. In the near future, the company plans to expand to other regions of the country.

“Economic growth, the entry of international brands into the market and the development of our own domestic projects in Kazakhstan require more and more workers. At the same time, the market for candidates in Kazakhstan in the mass segment is literally “suffocating” due to a shortage of personnel. The number of vacancies in the market is growing and the number of applications is decreasing,” the company said in a statement.

Ventra Go! allows companies to find sales floor clerks, cashiers, order pickers, messengers, promoters for a period of four hours or more.

Performing artists can get a part-time job close to home and get paid the next day, for retail and e-commerce businesses: performers registered the day after they apply.

Home Ventra Go! it was launched in 2020. In January 2022, the service raised 700 million rubles from VTB Capital Investments.
