The company has developed a set of taxi etiquette called How to Drive Yourself. These rules are illustrated and placed in the appendices of “Good-natured” sweets that passengers can offer themselves free of charge throughout the journey.
Yandex.Go taxi drivers will offer these sweets to their customers. Each candy includes an illustrated insert featuring one of the taxi etiquette.
All rules are based on real situations described by drivers and passengers. It includes advice on how to be polite and involved in a variety of situations, such as when a passenger and driver can’t find each other, or when a passenger needs to make an urgent job search in the car.
This initiative is part of Yandex’s commitment to improving the quality of service and interaction between drivers and passengers.
