In 2022, the Hubble radio telescope observes the star Earendel, which is separated from our pranet by about 1,2900,000,000 light years. To date, it shone in the constellation Cetus – the most distant star of terrestrial science. Until now, it has not been possible to get a clear image of it due to too many observations – however, the equipment of the Uebba telescope is very sensitive and shifting, which was photographed here by a space object in the visible spectrum.

The infrared camera captured the star with large deviations. In obtaining this unique picture, there is a merit not only of the creation of human hands, but also of nature. Noticing a star at the edge of the universe is beyond the power of even the best beam telescope. But in the case of Earendel, chance intervened. Between the luminary and the telescope is a massive galactic cluster. It distorts time and space, working like a giant lens. Thanks to him, the light from this star increased 4000 times, and she herself looks like a bright luminous dot.

Astronomers say that the actual distance to this star is greater than the official one. It was like that at the moment when the light was sent, which is now fixed by the sensors. During the passage of light, the Universe expanded, and now Earendel is no less than 28,000,000,000 light-years from Earth. Although this is not accurate – during the time until the light reached the solar system, the star could die, colliding with a massive cosmic body.
