Odnoklassniki has launched a support service for content creators. It is a special chat where bloggers can ask questions about content, publications or a group, says the social network.
The support works 24 hours a day, the answer will be given in a few minutes.
The chat will automatically appear in the dialog list. Support is available on the desktop version of the social network, from mobile devices and in the OK applications on iOS and Android (it is necessary to update to the latest version).
Earlier, the social network added a new function for audience analysis: all administrators and moderators of groups with an audience of more than 1000 members can find out the proportion of subscribers who have viewed the group’s content in the last month.
