Google will start blurring explicit images in search results by default. The SafeSearch feature will be enabled for all users, but it can be disabled.
Google has introduced a new feature as part of its massive SafeSearch program. It got the name SafeSearch, writes The Verge.
SafeSearch will by default remove explicit and objectionable images containing, for example, violence and sexual content from search results.
Although the feature will be automatically enabled for all users, it can be disabled in the “safe search” settings.
The feature was first announced in February, and in September, Google plans to roll out SafeSearch worldwide.
