The online training service for digital professions Yandex Practicum expands the choice of professions for those who want to work in IT with people and processes, and opens a set for the HR manager course. It is intended for new and current hiring managers, as well as recruiters and HR production specialists.
The course lasts for five months. During this time, the students will learn to organize the work of the company’s employees in such a way that people feel comfortable and the business is profitable: attract new staff, escort newcomers, develop a team and monitor the state of team spirit. The program includes six workshops with experienced human resource managers, students will complete nine practical cases that they can add to their portfolio.
Students will be mentored by HR Generalists, Employer Branding Managers and HR BP of Yandex services such as Lavka, Verticals, Market: Ksenia Prokhorenkova (HR Business Partner at Yandex Lavka), Irina Osipova (Senior Partner of human resources at Yandex Verticals), Ariana Golovina (Employer Brand Development Manager at Yandex Taxi, Yandex Market and Yandex Food), etc.
You must study from 12 hours per week. You can study at any time, the main thing is to submit projects on time for verification.
During the training, students are accompanied by a team of professionals: mentors conduct workshops and regularly answer questions about theory in chats, reviewers review projects and give personal comments, and curators make the learning process comfortable.
Specialists of the Yandex Practicum Career Center will help students completing a human resource management course with job search and employment. They will tell you how to write a resume and portfolio, conduct test technical interviews and find the first internships in a new profession.
