Developers from Yandex We made a cool feature – we learned how to enlarge the browser using neural networks, and translate videos from English, German, Spanish, French or Chinese into Russian. Everything works very well, you can even watch presentations in live format with simultaneous translation. Option available at YouTube, Twitch, VC, Rutub, Vimeo and some other video hosting sites.
Unfortunately, the translation only works in the proprietary Yandex browser. Now let’s look at how to transfer a cool feature for translating videos into Safari.
How to Transfer Video Translator to Safari on Mac
1. Install the free application User scripts from the Mac App Store. Utility Allows you to run additional scripts to modify open web browsers.
2. Run User scripts and it in the parameters Safari (Settings – Extensions).
3. Open the page with a special script, select all the text and copy it to the clipboard.
4. Click on the extension button in the panel. Safari and allow use for all sites.
5. Click on the extension icon again and select the option. Open extension page.
6. In the back panel, click “+» and select New Javascript.
7. In the window that opens, paste the copied buffer exchange code and click Keep in the right office.
8. Now add any video to YouTube and show the usual broadcast button.
Unlike Yandex.Browser, there are some useful settings here. For example, you can loudly change the translation or add subtitles. You can learn about all the features of how the options work on this GitHub page.
This is how you can use a cool and useful feature without installing a second browser on your Mac.
