Kirill Menshov, senior vice president for IT at Rostelecom, emphasized the importance of automating the work of developers using artificial intelligence.
He believes this approach will allow the company to reduce the need for large numbers of staff. The project that will bring this idea to life is called Lukomorye.
The platform will handle development in various areas, including business analysis, design and testing.
Rostelecom emphasized that the introduction of artificial intelligence will not lead to the dismissal of existing employees. Initially, the Lukomorye platform will be used in the company’s own projects, later it will be offered to external stakeholders who face the similar problem of personnel shortages.
