Also in the IT sector, the salary offer is growing faster than in others: during the year it increased by 7.9% in nominal terms, excluding inflation. The salary offer has increased the most for system architects: on average they are offered 350 thousand rubles and the maximum is 600 thousand rubles, writes RBC with reference to SuperJob.

Java programmers are offered to pay an average of 300 thousand rubles and a maximum of 500 thousand rubles. DevOps engineers: 280 thousand rubles on average and 500 thousand rubles maximum. Python and PHP programmers: 270 thousand rubles on average and 550 thousand rubles maximum. Android developers are offered 270 thousand rubles and a maximum of 500 thousand rubles.

  • According to the survey, the main myth that “infuriates” IT specialists is their high salary. IT specialists hear the most stereotypical statements on social media. One in three people mentioned the ability to repair any equipment as the main stereotype of her job. The same number pointed out that the main stereotype is to understand information technologies as an exclusively male profession.
