The Ministry of Finance has submitted a draft resolution on online business registration to the government. It will be possible to register an individual entrepreneur or LLC remotely, obtain an electronic signature and open a bank account.
The Ministry of Finance submitted to the Government of the Russian Federation a draft resolution on fully remote business registration. This was reported by the department’s press service.
According to the decree, it will be possible to register an individual entrepreneur or an LLC with a founder online, open a bank account and receive an electronic signature. You must select a bank to open an account, sign an agreement to issue an electronic signature and submit the necessary documents to the Federal Tax Service.
In the first stage, online business registration will operate in an experimental format. Its start date has not yet been set, it will last until the end of 2024.
