Yandex’s Yango international taxi service is available in Colombia. TASS writes about this with reference to the global map of the service.
As the agency points out, the service is shown on the map of one of the country’s cities: Medellín. According to the data in the service application interface, you can already order a car there.
At the same time, the service account on one of the social networks indicates that Yango also operates in the cities of Cali and Barranquilla. However, the app does not yet allow ordering.
Colombia became the second country in South America where Yango was freed. Previously, the service was available in Peru. In the spring, Yandex began introducing the product to the Central American market and began testing the service in Guatemala.
The company also tested Yango in Namibia, Mozambique, Dubai, Algeria and Pakistan.
In total, Yango already operates in more than 20 countries, including Israel, Finland, Norway and Cameroon.
In August, the media wrote that Yandex was negotiating the sale of Yango in Israel.
