Fix Price plans to change jurisdiction

Fix Price chain of fixed-price stores plans to change jurisdictions. This issue will be discussed at an extraordinary meeting of shareholders on November 9, the company’s press service reported.

Fix Price is currently registered in Cyprus. After redomiciliation, the company registration will change to Kazakhstan.

After the change of jurisdiction, Fix Price intends to continue trading on the London and Moscow stock exchanges.

Before obtaining registration in Cyprus, Fix Price was registered in the British Virgin Islands. He “moved” to Cyprus in February 2022.

In May, the Fix Price network entered the Armenian market, and in early January, it entered the Mongolian market.

In August, Mother and Child shareholders approved the company’s redomiciliation from Cyprus to Russia. Ozon previously announced plans to change its registration to Russian.
