Xerox (CIS) LLC will continue to operate as an independent organization; In the near future the company will change its name and will not be associated with Xerox Corporation.
It is reported that as a result of the transaction, employees will retain their jobs and the company will also continue cooperation with its customers and suppliers.
“We will not only provide full support within the framework of current contracts, but also launch new projects in Russia, offering customers and partners the most effective solutions for digital business transformation,” said Anton Borodikhin, President of Xerox (CIS ) LLC, as cited by the press -service.
“Xerox (CIS)” appeared in 1993. The company develops solutions for managing printing infrastructure, automates business processes, and also supplies paper products.
