The owner of La Dacha Astrakhan, on the balance sheet of which is the Volga Dacha villa built by the former owner of Tinkoff Bank Oleg Tinkov in the village of Vyshka, Astrakhan region, has become Akashevskaya Poultry Farm LLC since October 11, Kommersant noted.
According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, this poultry farm, through Marfininvest, belongs to Maria Lisitsina, who on the market represents the interests of the family of the former governor of the Krasnodar Territory, Alexander Tkachev.
In 2000-2010, Lisitsina worked in various positions in the regional administration, in 2011-2012 she was on the board of directors of Sochi Park JSC; This company is controlled by the Tkachev family, the publication indicates.
The cost of the transaction could reach one billion rubles, the newspaper’s interlocutors estimate.
Initially, “La Dacha Astrakhan” was part of the La Datcha tourism project started in 2016 by Oleg Tinkov, which involved the construction of private villas in France, Italy and Mexico.
In 2022, Tinkov sold Tinkoff Bank to Interros structures, while assets in the tourism industry were not included in the deal.
La Dacha Astrakhan has recently changed owners several times. Before the asset was transferred to Akashevskaya Poultry Farm LLC, the owner of the property was Natalia Dubovitskaya, a full namesake of the wife of the former assistant to the President of the Russian Federation, Vladislav Surkov.
Volga Dacha is not the only Russian project under the La Datcha brand. In 2015, Tinkov announced a project in the Elizovsky district of the Kamchatka Territory, it was frozen and then construction resumed, but according to the newspaper’s sources, the project was never completed.
