MTS has launched a School of Data Analysts, where it will teach free advanced programming in Python, the basics of classical machine learning and tools for working with Big Data, as well as the principles of building ML models. This is what she said in a statement.
The training will last 10 months and the best students will be invited to work at MTS. To become a student of the school, you must pass the exam by October 24.
To prepare for the tests, the company recommends reviewing the basics of statistics and probability theory, linear algebra, vector operations, the basics of model quality metrics in ML, distribution functions, and Python.
The start of training is scheduled for November 7, 2023, it will be carried out online. Students will study twice a week, solve practical cases and receive reviews from teachers. To work with big data, MTS will provide its own cluster.
All course instructors are current employees of the MTS Big Data Center.
