VimpelCom (Beeline brand) acquired 13.21% of the Platformcraft company, specialized in the development of tools for storing, processing and distributing content. This was reported to RB.RU by the press service of Skolkovo, where the startup resides, and confirmed by Beeline.
The operator bought a stake to expand the product portfolio of its Beeline cloud structural unit and strengthen its position in the cloud solutions market.
For Platformcraft, developer of an enterprise platform for storing, processing and distributing content, the agreement with Beeline will accelerate development and ensure the company’s growth.
The transaction amount is not disclosed.
Platformcraft LLC was founded in November 2012. According to the Kontur.Focus system, the final owners are VimpelCom and several people: Tatyana Aplemakh (share in the LLC is about 18%), Nadir Khamzin (about 18%), Anton Aplemakh (about 13%), Alexey Ogorodnikov. (about 13%), Natalia Tsvetkova (11%), Vasily Klyuev (5%), Yaroslav Gorodetsky (1%).
The revenue of the LLC at the end of 2022 reached almost 94 million rubles against 28 million in 2021, the net profit almost doubled, up to 27 million rubles.
