While other major operators such as MegaFon, Beeline and Tele2 have agreed to the regulator’s demands, MTS remains adamant that its actions are legal.
FAS Russia had already warned the company about the possibility of filing a lawsuit for non-compliance with the order, which expires on October 18. Experts believe that this can lead to administrative liability and fines ranging from 300 thousand to 1 million rubles.
