According to official reports, astronauts need VR devices to combat loneliness and reduce mental stress during their stay on the ISS. The helmets are filled with meditation apps and games.

The devices were tested on Earth in parabolic flight conditions, but only for 20 seconds. Now we need to find their quality directly in space.

The first tester of the HTC Vive Focus 3 will be Danish astronaut Andreas Mogensen, the current commander of the ISS. For the gadget to work, the Internet is configured at the station.
