The people from Yandex and Yota launched the Choice service, in which you can create collections with products from different markets and store them in one place.

An analogue of Pinterest has appeared in Russia – a service for shopping on various markets.

The founders of the project are the founder of Roomkea and co-founder of the online home improvement school “Uyutno” Vitaly Grin and former chief technology officer of YotaPhone Anton Tarasenko.

The service allows you to store shopping ideas in one place, create images and evaluate other users’ collections. “Choice” can be useful during online shopping when you need to choose the color or size of the same model.

Sometimes the assortment in different markets is similar, but differs in the presence of certain models, sizes and colors. Prices for the same product may also differ. In “Choice” it is convenient to compare things from different markets when choosing. You can compare positions within one interface without having to switch between tabs on different online platforms.

You can create a selection in “Choice” not only of products from markets, users can add products shown on social networks to their collections.

According to one of the founders of the service, Vitaly Grin, the idea for this tool arose from a domestic situation, when his wife sent links to products in private messages so as not to lose them.

“At some point, my correspondence with my wife turned into a collection of links: she sends me another dress, but I don’t understand if she is hinting at a purchase or if she is sending it to herself so as not to lose it,” Grin said.

The functionality of the app is similar to Pinterest. There you can not only compile your own collections, but also share them with other users, bloggers and brands.

You can make your own selection either private or accessible to all users of the site.

To create your own selection, simply send the application a link from the desired page or site on another online resource. “Choice” immediately displays the cost of the product, its description and a payment link.

“For bloggers and brands, Choice is a platform to create native integrations, increase sales and subscribers, and for brand promotion specialists it is an effective influencer marketing tool to interact with the target audience,” says Vitaly Grin.

The “election” is being implemented without attracting external financing. The service is currently in beta testing and is now available on all platforms for users and brand accounts.
