The SUNLIGHT jewelry chain, together with the Yandex Delivery service, has launched express delivery of orders placed through the website or through a mobile application. The service will help the jewelry retailer deliver orders faster, increase sales and customer loyalty.

SUNLIGHT, together with Yandex Delivery, launched express jewelry delivery with jewelry precision

Now SUNLIGHT customers in 116 cities in Russia can receive an online order with home delivery in an average of 1.5 hours from the moment it is placed. For orders over 4990 rubles, express delivery will be free, while the maximum purchase price for delivery should not exceed 500 thousand rubles. Until now, buyers of the jewelry chain could arrange delivery by courier the next day or pick up their order themselves in the store.

Jewelry is often purchased as a gift or on special occasions, so express delivery in this retail segment is in special demand both in cities with a population of more than a million people and in small towns.

“Cooperation with the Yandex Delivery service will allow SUNLIGHT to improve the customer’s digital experience. Yandex technologies make the purchasing and delivery process in a jewelry hypermarket fast, predictable and transparent. SUNLIGHT customers can track order status and courier movement in real time in the Yandex Go app. “As a result, we save our customers’ main resource – time – and give them unforgettable emotions upon receiving the famous SUNLIGHT box.””said SUNLIGHT IT director Yuri Matusovsky.
