Deputy General Director for Sales of New Cars at the Avilon dealer holding, Renat Tyukteev, told Gazeta.Ru that by the end of the year, new Mercedes-Benz, Audi and BMW cars imported as parallel imports will appear in Russia.

According to him, there is now stable demand for these brands. The appearance of a new product contributes to the growth of interest from consumers.

If we talk about new products from European brands, then we are talking about the Mercedes-Benz brand, for example, about the new S63 and E-Klasse we are expecting. For BMW – 4 Series Coupe (G22), new M4 and M3. As for Audi, it’s worth mentioning the Q6, which is already on the market.

Previously, Avtodom and AutoSpetsTsentr refused to import foreign cars through parallel imports. This decision is due to supply restrictions, declining consumer demand for such machines and rising import costs. [Газета.Ru]
