In Russia, 42% of citizens were trained to work part-time. Russians were mainly retrained as IT specialists, designers and marketers. These results were reached by analysts from the services “Rabota.ru” and “Podrabotka”, RB.RU learned about the results.
52% of respondents acquired knowledge through online courses, another 32% acquired it at work and 16% at universities. Furthermore, more than half (55% paid for the courses and 45% received free training).
14% of study participants completed university studies and 21% indicated other options, such as courses at the labor exchange or training at vocational schools.
41% of Russians did not receive additional education to get a part-time job and another 17% of respondents never worked part-time.
