Apple has been condemned three times in the past for various union-busting practices, such as forced attendance at anti-union meetings and forced interrogations. The company, known for challenging a coercive interrogation case earlier this year, is currently under scrutiny for allegedly hindering unionization by denying workers at its Maryland stores enhanced benefits.

The NLRB set a hearing on the legality of Apple’s actions for February 20, 2024, giving the tech giant until December 5 to respond to the complaint.
