The owner of the Alcohol Siberian group was the United Arab Emirates company Boreal Spirits; Interfax drew attention to the changes in the ownership structure.

As the agency writes with reference to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, as of November 28, 2023, Boreal Spirits Fze (United Arab Emirates) owns 99% of Alcohol Siberian Group LLC. The remaining 1% remains with Larisa Strelets. Before the changes, she owned the group completely.

Prior to this, in 2022, Sagittarius received ownership rights to Cypriot VP Island Limited and Tradeline Solutions Limited.

Alcoholic Siberian Group LLC’s revenue at the end of 2022 amounted to 36.2 billion rubles. The company also posted a loss of 557 million rubles compared to a loss of 1.5 billion in 2021.

Boreal Spirits is a division of Cyprus KPO Marketing Company. The latter’s website claims that it owns exclusive rights to the group’s four vodka brands.
