The most in-demand employees on the labor market this fall were couriers and programmers. The number of vacancies in these specialties increased year-on-year between 3.5 and 4.3 times and salary offers increased on average by 28%.
Couriers, programmers and bank employees have become specialists, the demand for which has grown more than others this fall. This is stated in a study by the Avito Work service. Analysts compared the periods from September to November 2023 and 2022.
There were 4.3 times more vacancies for couriers with an average salary of 69 thousand rubles, for programmers – 3.5 times more with a salary of 67 thousand rubles, bank workers – 3.1 times more with a salary of 66.4 thousand rubles.
“According to the results of autumn 2023, average salary offers increased by 28% compared to the same period last year and reached 62,701 rubles,” said Artem Kumpel, general director of Avito Works.
