In October, CloudFlare added a new protocol to their encryption system that allows visiting resources to be hidden from providers. Most likely, this made it possible to bypass RKN blocking, which is the cause of the current access problems. This is quite logical: RKN does not allow you to bypass the blocking of sites banned in Russia.
To resolve access issues, it is recommended to disable browser encryption at the client level.
