The developer of voice technologies 3iTech (owned by DSS Lab) received a grant of 50 million rubles from the Fund for the Promotion of Innovation (FSI). The company will use the funds to implement the large 3iTechLLM language model in its products, the company’s press service informed RB.RU.
The subsidy was awarded within the framework of the “Implementation-Artificial Intelligence” competition, in the field of “Natural Language Processing”. 70 applications for a total of 2.8 billion rubles took part in the competitive selection.
DSS Lab develops speech technologies and voice biometrics. The company also specializes in services for intelligent processing of unstructured data. In addition to 3iTech, the company has two more brands: TouchPoint Analytics and 3I VOX.
The great 3iTechLLM language model will allow us to move to a new quality of processing customer requests, notes 3iTech. Including using an intelligent chat bot platform without using scripts.
