The food delivery service “Cocina en la Zona” has launched a technology to create menus based on research from local users. The company opened its first dark kitchen concept on Sunday in Khamovniki in Moscow, the Kitchens on the District press service reports.
The service plans to expand the study of local customer preferences to create a personalized menu based on them, unique for each area.
To achieve this, Kitchen on the Neighborhood aims to use CSAT (customer satisfaction index), CustDev and case studies.
For example, according to research conducted specifically for Khamovniki residents, the service included the following dishes on the menu: risotto with mushrooms, risotto with trout, macaroni and cheese with sausages, avocado toast, beef in pepper sauce with soba noodles and others.
The delivery service also incorporated a menu builder and increased the variety of drinks: coffee with alternative milks and freshly squeezed juices appeared.
