Tencent Helix, as the complex will be called, was designed by international architecture firm Büro Ole Scheeren and will consist of four winding office towers. The tallest will be 153 meters (502 feet) tall, according to a report by design website Dezeen, and the entire structure will be the centerpiece of Shenzhen’s future Qianhai Bay financial district.
The four towers will be connected by several floors at the base, which will house offices and meeting rooms where employees from different sections can exchange ideas, as well as amenities such as relaxation areas and a health club. The development will also include publicly accessible spaces with amenities such as retail stores and restaurants.

Tencent plans to welcome its first employees to Tencent Helix in 2028.
