The company’s research revealed that the majority of borrowers are young people with an income of 250 to 500 thousand rubles per month.
The profile of the typical IT professional taking out a mortgage is represented by young people aged 25 to 34 (54%), followed by borrowers aged 35 to 44 (35%).
It turned out that the most popular among IT professionals are three-room apartments, which are preferred by married couples to increase living space.
The Level Yuzhnoportovaya project became the most popular among IT professionals, attracting 28.2% of the total mortgage transaction volume. Demand is also observed in the Level Nagatinskaya (16.2%) and Level Seligerskaya (16.1%) projects.
The Ministry of Digital Development expects more than 50 thousand IT professionals to benefit from the IT mortgage program by 2024.
