Tinkoff introduced a new service: mobile safe deposit boxes. The service is available in Moscow and the Moscow region, but in the future it will be expanded to other regions, the bank’s press service reported.
To use the service, it is enough to fill out a request in the bank’s mobile application or in the technical support chat.
How the service works
After submitting the request, the picker will approach the customer along with the box. The details of the mini safe will be displayed in the app. To collect money or valuables, you will also need to request delivery of the box in the app. Only the client will have access to it.
The bank will contain cells in a fifth-grade vault. The service is suitable for long-term storage of, for example, gold bars, and for temporary use.
Cell size: 39.5 cm x 28 cm x 10 cm The service is available for Tinkoff Private and Tinkoff Premium customers.
