Does it make sense to change Xiaomi 13 to 14? So are there much differences between these smartphones? To date, Xiaomi 14 has not yet been fully Russified. Its entire system is currently in English and Chinese.
While Xiaomi 13 runs on Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, the 14th version was already equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. There isn’t much difference between them.
At the same time, the screen of Xiaomi 14 has become slightly brighter: 3000 nits versus 1900 nits for its predecessor. True, the difference is not very noticeable to the naked eye.
Another update for Xiaomi 14 is the ability to record 4K 60 fps video on the front camera (maximum Full HD 30 fps is available for Xiaomi).
I chose this instead of advertising.
As for photos, Xiaomi 13 takes good photos but Xiaomi 14 is still better. One of the disadvantages of shooting videos on the Xiaomi 14 is that the quality is poor when recording with a wide-angle lens.
The charging power of Xiaomi 13 is 67 W, but Xiaomi 14 already comes with a 90 W power supply. In this case, the first one is fully charged in 38 minutes, and the second one in 31 minutes.
In general, there is no point in buying a new product instead of Xiaomi 13. All in all, the differences between the 13th model and the 14th model are minimal.
