Best Buy of the Year: Bambu Lab P1S 3D Printer

You know, in 2023, I finally realized that classic-shaped gadgets have a cooler. I stopped being interested in the next new iPhone, as I was before. And everything is clear with Mac, too; my M1 Max will last for another five years. Everything is settled, profitable and uninteresting.

In an effort to find a hobby, I came to 3D printing. I bought two budget class printers from Anycubic. I struggled with them, typed out little things, but I was already starting to think that this was not for me. Regularly we had to figure out why the devices began to print worse, finish off little things, and blindly delve into 200 different sources. In general, it’s a solid Android way, and we don’t like that here.

But then I learned about the Chinese company Bambu Lab, which decided to make Apple style 3D printer and in just a year and a half they managed to change the entire industry. No “additions”, maximum ease of use, no sickening “hello-from-the-workshop” design. I pressed it and got an excellent result quickly – almost like in futuristic films.

And guess what? That’s exactly how it turned out.

Both previous printers sold almost immediately after the P1S. I stamped useful things and just cool things for the kitchen, for my wife, son, and relatives. It is very difficult to convey this feeling when you can, without leaving your home, in a couple of clicks, materialize out of thin air almost any object within 256 cubic millimeters. Including directly from your smartphone!

A review of the P1S has already been requested in the comments, but I still can’t get around to it, I keep typing and typing. In a month and a half, he stamped 600, if not 700 items from me, 400 of which, by the way, I’m giving away on our Telegram channel right now.

And most importantly, I discovered a completely interesting, still young world of 3D printing and everything connected with it, in which everything is ahead and there is no sign of stagnation. Therefore, for me personally, this is the purchase of the year.
