Yandex Museum opened the exhibition “Meet the Delivery Robot”, which presented three generations of robotic couriers, including one translucent. The first and second generation robots introduced in 2019 are no longer in use, and 130 models of the third generation R3 are currently in active operation, and this number is planned to be increased to 260 units in 2024.

The exhibit showcases components such as lidars, cameras, radars and ultrasonic sensors that help robots navigate space. Visitors will be able to take a closer look at the design of delivery robots, where most components and software are Yandex’s own development. In parallel with the exhibition, lectures and master classes will be held until February 22, 2024.
