According to the company, which specializes in preventing phishing violations, about 2.8 million people fell into scams in 2021 and at least 8.5 million this year. According to researchers, the campaign is still active and is linked to a single beneficiary residing in a city in Colombia. The hacker even responded to questions posed by the PIXM team.
How does the data-stealing scam work in Messenger?
