Ready Robot is dedicated to the production of Ready Pack automated and robotic packaging equipment: case erectors, case sealers, casepackers, palletizers and pallet wrappers, conveyor systems and sorting systems. .
The company’s clients are consumer goods companies that produce goods in high daily demand: food products, cosmetics, household chemicals, pharmaceuticals and tobacco products.
Currently, Ready Robot’s potential order book contains 131 projects worth 2.5 billion rubles. The company has raised funds to fulfill current orders: the project requires working capital to purchase components and materials and maintain employees.
Ready Robot was founded in 2016 and resides in Skolkovo and IT-Park74. According to the Kontur.Focus system, as of November 30, 2023, approximately 51% of Ready Robot LLC belongs to CEO Denis Potepalin, 41% to Alexander Grubov, almost 3% to Alexander Konev, 2% to Maxim Pechenik , Igor Izmodenov and Klavdiya Izmodenova own 1.5% each.
The company is known on the market for the project of an automated palletizing line in Uvelka, a group box packaging line for the production of EZhK mayonnaise and a robotic packaging line for raw furniture in Stavropolmebel.
Revenue at the end of 2022 amounted to 33.4 million rubles against 13.6 million in 2021, net loss decreased from 2.6 million rubles in 2021 to 594 thousand rubles in 2022.
