The volume of loans issued in December 2023 was the lowest in the last five years. Compared to December 2022, loan issuance decreased by 22% and, in November 2023, by 9%.

Unsecured loans have fallen for four consecutive months. It began against the backdrop of an increase in the Central Bank’s key rate in September, as well as a tightening of credit regulation by the regulator.
