These screenshots, first published by the developers on GSC Game World in January 2023, now appear in a “new” light. The changes affected basic interface elements: display of the character’s status, ammo counter and compass located at the top of the screen.
Fans are speculating that these small changes could herald the game’s imminent reveal (improbably release). However, according to leaks, the game is expected to be released on PC and Xbox Series X, S in mid-February 2024.
