Samsung introduced a line of flagship Galaxy S24 smartphones

The South Korean company Samsung presented the Galaxy S24 smartphones. A special feature of the new smartphones is the built-in Galaxy AI artificial intelligence.

Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra are equipped with an advanced Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. The models have 8 GB to 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB to 1 TB of physical memory.

The “younger” Galaxy S24 model has a 6.1-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution. Galaxy S24+ is equipped with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with QHD+ resolution. The screens are protected by Corning Gorilla Armor glass.

The cameras of the S24 and Galaxy S24+ are a 50 MP lens, a 10 MP telephoto lens, a 12 MP wide-angle lens and a 12 MP front camera with the ability to record video in 4K resolution.

The camera block of the “old” S24 Ultra model consists of a 200 MP main camera, a 12 MP ultra-wide-angle camera and two 10 MP telephoto lenses with triple zoom and a 50 MP camera with five times zoom.

Smartphones are equipped with AI-based options, notably two-way voice and text translation of calls and a voice recorder that translates voice recordings into text.

The smartphones will go on sale on January 31. In European countries, the S24 and S24+ will cost between $800 and $1,000, the S24 Ultra will cost at least $1.3 thousand.
