Russian video game publisher Astrum received the business of Dutch Deus Craft from My.Games. The company is developing the Grand Hotel Mania game. This follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Kommersant noted.
Until January 10, the owner of the company was the Cypriot DCGamePub Ltd. This studio was previously part of the My.Games holding company, which was sold in 2022 to managing partner Leta Capital.
In 2023, Deus Craft ceased its public activities in Russia, including interaction with the gaming community. Experts are confident that the Russian market remains important for the study. They allowed their projects to be divided into national and international, similar to other My.Games developments.
VK announced the sale of its gaming division My.Games to Leta Capital managing partner Alexander Chachava at the end of September 2023. The transaction amount was $642 million, which included all assets of My.Games . The new owner has restructured his gambling assets.
