Shares of the car-sharing service Delimobil were admitted to trading on the Moscow Stock Exchange on February 6. This was reported by the press service of the trading platform.

Up to 10% of the company’s shares will be in free circulation. These are mainly shares issued as part of an additional issue. Delimobil securities will be assigned the second trading level.

Delimobil will use the funds raised during the IPO to reduce its debt load and develop its business. Following the placement of shares, Delimobil will become the first public car-sharing operator in Russia.
