A Moscow court accepted a billion-dollar lawsuit against MTS over a party by Anastasia Ivleeva, who was previously an ambassador for the brand. The court refused to accept a claim of one billion rubles against Ivleeva herself, for the third time.

Moscow court will consider lawsuit against MTS for $1 billion owed to Ivleeva’s party

The Tagansky District Court of Moscow will consider AS Treshchev’s claim against MTS PJSC for compensation for moral damage in the amount of $1 billion, the press service of the Moscow courts of general jurisdiction reports.

The court for the second time accepted for consideration the lawsuit against MTS for the scandalous party of Anastasia Ivleeva, who was previously an ambassador of the brand. When the suit was first filed, the court refused to accept it.

Treshchev AS also filed a lawsuit against Ivleva itself for one billion rubles, but the court did not accept it. The court refused for the third time to personally accept the lawsuit against Anastasia Ivleeva.

Anastasia Ivleva’s scandalous party took place in the Moscow club “Mutabor” on December 20, 2023. After an inspection, Rospotrebnadzor suspended the club’s work for 90 days, Ivleeva was fined 100 thousand rubles for violation of public order that caused the match.
