Diasoft, a software developer for the financial sector, will hold an initial public offering on the Moscow Stock Exchange this month. The company will carry out an additional issue of shares, through which the offer will be made. Diasoft reported about this on its website.
The company’s plans to carry out an initial placement on the Moscow Stock Exchange became known at the end of January. Experts valued the company at at least 50 billion rubles.
Following the IPO, the free float is expected to be approximately 8%. As follows from the company’s message, in addition to the securities issued within the framework of the additional issue, existing shareholders can also offer securities.
The promoter will use the funds raised during the placement for its long-term growth strategy. The company promises high dividends in the coming years.
Diasoft also wants to implement a program to motivate its employees and increase brand awareness.
As per the dividend policy, dividends of at least 80% of EBITDA are expected in 2024-25. In the following years, at least 50%.
