The Ministry of Digital Development plans to use GPT technologies to consult citizens about State Services. The head of the department, Maksut Shadayev, spoke about this, his words are quoted by TASS.

“We need to develop proactive services that can be provided without the need for an application, and all inquiries must be made by GPT, completing the necessary applications for the person,” said the head of the Ministry of Digital Development.

The agency intends to launch artificial intelligence technologies using GPT in state services in 2024.

Currently, the service has a digital assistant called Robot Max. According to the Ministry of Digital Development, it has already processed more than 450 million applications to State Services.
