On the plus side, most Bluetooth keyboards, both from Apple and other manufacturers, should work fine with the Vision Pro. Apple’s Magic Trackpad will also get the green light.
Here are the things you can’t use:
Older Apple keyboards and trackpads with removable batteries.
Any Bluetooth mouse.
Luckily for gamers, most controllers made for the iPhone are compatible, including Xbox, PlayStation, and other controllers that run iPadOS.
On the audio side, all current AirPods and Beats headphones work, and AirPods Pro (2nd generation) are optimized for Lossless Audio.
Apple did not give a reason for eliminating the Bluetooth mouse, leaving users to speculate. While some suspect limitations in the underlying technology, others point to possible future plans for a dedicated Vision Pro mouse.
