Employees at Wildberries warehouse near Moscow staged massive brawl with security guards

The Telegram channel of the regional prosecutor’s office reports that the Moscow region prosecutor’s office will check the situation and evaluate compliance with the requirements of the law on labor protection and safety.

According to the media, about 200 people participated in the fight. According to Kommersant sources, about 200 workers attacked a security officer.

According to the Baza Telegram channel, the cause of the incident was a bar code stuck crookedly. The head of the work group pointed him out and insulted the employee. After this, a fight broke out between the men, which was soon joined by about 100 people.

Baza claims that two blocks of the warehouse are currently cordoned off by police and that law enforcement officers are also on duty outside.

The Wildberries press service confirmed the fact of the incident to RB.RU, reported that the police brought about 10 people to the apartment for further investigation and that the warehouse is now operating normally.

“On the territory of the Elektrostal logistics center there really was a conflict between a warehouse employee and an SBI employee. The security services, together with arriving law enforcement representatives, quickly prevented further proceedings from taking place. There were no injuries,” Wildberries explained, adding that they would conduct an internal investigation.
